Kristen is the owner and went out on her own just as the COVID-19 pandemic hit in 2020. Even though she knew it was a risk, she had a vision of helping her clients in a more comfortable and compassionate environment. She is passionate about helping her clients as well as her employees. When she started her own business, she wanted to create a space where the therapists were fairly compensated, rather than profits going to mega corporations outside of our community.

Kristen’s technique specialties are trigger point therapy and myofascial release work. Her natural pressure is medium-firm.

Heather has reached Master level in a variety of reiki techniques and is a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certified Lymphatic Drainage/Complete Decongestive Therapist. Currently, she's working towards a Ph. D. specializing in Holistic Life Counseling through the University of Sedona, as well as working towards becoming a Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner. Heather loves expanding her knowledge on a wide variety of topics like metaphysics, quantum physics, ancient healing techniques, herbalism, gems, & minerals. She is a fur mom to one dog, Millie, and a cat, Willow, who all enjoy receiving reiki healing during cuddle sessions at home. In her free time, Heather visits with loved ones and loves to connect with nature.

Alissa has been a Licensed Massage Therapist for close to 13 years and has the most experience of anyone on the Freckled Stone team! She is passionate about Maternity Massage and loves the opportunity to help current and future mothers. She is a pro at releasing deep tissue problems and will be the person to make your stubborn knots disappear.

Alissa’s technique specialties include stretch therapy, deep tissue release, and focused muscle work. Her natural pressure is firm-deep.
